Description

Rosaceae. A deciduous tree, it flowers in June, and the seeds ripen from September to October. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by Midges.
grow in any garden soil, and will grow in heavy clay soil. It s happy in semi-shade (light woodland) or no shade. It prefers moist or wet soil but can tolerate drought. The plant can tolerates strong winds but not maritime exposure.
