To place an order through this website, simply choose the quantity of the product you would like in the box next to the price and then click on the "Add to Cart" box. You can then continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Keep in mind that you will always have the opportunity to change the quantity and add or remove items from your shopping cart when you are finished shopping.

To finalize your order, click on the "Checkout" box. This will take you to your shopping cart and you may change any orders you have placed before proceeding. When you are happy with your order, click on the "Finalize Order" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will be prompted to provide information for us to process your order - your name, shipping address, method of payment and credit card details. This information is entered into a secure form and is encrypted to make it invisible to others during the order process. Your order is then sent to Deelish and is shipped.

We value your privacy and will never rent, sell or use your information for anything other than shipping your order.

We will notify you either by phone or e-mail of  the exact shipping costs before we proceed with the order; please find the approximate costs below.

Some plants, particularly trees, may prove too large to be delivered by courier; in this case we will notify you.

If a plant is out of stock, you will be contacted and asked whether you would prefer a similar replacement or the removal of that item from your order total.

Shopping by Phone, Fax or Post

If you prefer, we will also take orders by phone, fax or post. Simply send a listing of the products you would like to purchase, with the quantity and price of each and your name, address, credit card number and expiry date to:

Transport is charged at cost. Our courier service has proved an excellent means of transport and we guarantee delivery anywhere in the country with 24 hours of dispatch.

VAT

VAT is calculated into the listed price. Trees and Shrubs, and their seeds, are calculated at 13.5%. Accessories such as fertilizers and other supplies are calculated at 21%. Any plant or seed which is edible is exempt from VAT and is calculated at 0%.

If you are VAT registered, you may be eligible to claim a VAT refund, and a receipt showing VAT paid is available on request.
