The plants, seeds, and prices you will find throughout the website are correct as of  February 2010; however, it is entirely possible that they will change throughout the growing season. Some sell out, new plants come in, and sometimes we have to repot existing stock (which does add a bit to their cost). We have also recently experienced a protracted  period  of unusually cold weather;  we have experienced losses of tender plants, but we have not yet determined the extent of these losses.

We have encountered a few problems over the past year when attempting to ship some of our larger plants (particularly trees) via courier; we may contact you if we find that any of the plants you have ordered are simply too large to get to you. We have also found that it is often impossible to predict the exact price of shipping for trees and shrubs; it's sometimes more expensive than indicated on our ordering page; sometimes cheaper. In any case we will only charge you what we are charged, and if you give us a phone number we will get in touch to tell you exactly what those charges will be. Bulky seeds and gardening supplies can also be rather costly to ship and so we must often include postal chages when shipping these items.

We are of course always looking for ways to improve both our website and our service, so if you have any complaints, suggestions or comments we would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
